Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Interim Music Minister to join our team temporarily. The Interim Music Minister will lead the church's music ministry during the transition period while the church seeks a permanent minister. This individual must understand music ministry, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively with the existing music team and church leadership.

Responsibilities
- Lead and direct music worship services, rehearsals, and special events
- Select appropriate music in consultation with the pastor
- Coordinate and lead rehearsals for the choir and ensembles
- Collaborate with the pastor and staff to plan and execute meaningful worship services
- Coordinate with the pianist to ensure seamless musical accompaniment
- Maintain a solid spiritual and professional presence within the church
Qualifications
- An acknowledgment that Jesus Christ is your Lord and Savior.
- A desire to continue a strong, committed, and mature relationship with Christ.
- Experience leading music in a church or similar setting
- Strong vocal and choral conducting skills
- Knowledge of a wide range of musical styles and genres
- Ability to work within a church community
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Propresenter, a presentation software, is preferred.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and education. The Interim Music Minister is a temporary part-time, contract position with potential future opportunities within the organization.
