Golden Hearts is a Mt. Vernon senior adult ministry that hosts a dinner (6:00pm) on the second Tuesday of every month. At Golden Hearts you will find an abundance of prayer, fellowship, laughter, and food.

METS is a group of senior adults from the community that meet on the third Tuesday of every month at 10:30am in our Family Life Center. These seniors love to do exactly what their name suggests, Meet, Eat and Travel.
